Parents: A normal part of planning the master schedule is employee turnover. As teachers move on and new teachers are hired, changes may occur to scheduled classes. As this occurs, we will update these files on the website as soon as possible. Updates and changes will appear in red text. Changes may occur any time from now through August. Please check the website often for changes.

Arena Scheduling Tips:

  1. Use the updated school wide schedule to prepare your schedule.
  2. The “perfect” schedule will probably not work!
  3. Start by placing your half-year classes into your schedule first. They need to be matched up before the year long classes are placed into the schedule. Use your alternative classes when needed. This is BY FAR the easiest way to go!!
  4. Have three or four optional schedules in mind. (See #2.)
  5. Complete your schedule! Do not leave a partial schedule. The longer you wait to complete a schedule, the harder it becomes!
  6. Closed classes are really closed. This cannot be changed.

SoJo Singers Soar at Spring Songfest

Congratulations to all the members of Concert Choir, Girls Choirs, and Boys Choirs, directed by Mrs. McPharlin, for their excellent performances on Thursday evening. You truly did “soar” beyond the mountain tops with your musical artistry and amazing vocal talents. A parent said, “The SoJo Choirs are as good as any high school ensembles I’ve ever heard.” Thanks for the support of the administration, parents and choir members who made this memorable experience possible. You are the best ever!

SoJo Choir Salute

A SoJo salute goes to Concert Choir, directed by Mrs. McPharlin, for being a “singing sensation” at the Utah Valley University Middle School Choir Festival on May 3rd. The adjudicators awarded the ensemble a “Superior” rating and said, “Nice big sound, lovely harmonies, strong energy, good dynamic contrasts, beautiful tone quality, and an impressive choir performance.” Congrats to all of these talented choir musicians.
